Welcome to Lowell Avenue Getaway. This beautiful home is in an incredible location in Old Town, Park City. Only 0.2 miles away from the base of Park City Resort, the chairlifts are within walking distance. This home is also located on 2 lots, making it larger and more spacious than a typical Old Town home.

Entering the front door of the home, guests will notice the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The entryway is large enough for everyone to come inside and easily take off their gear. Cubbies and hooks are perfectly situated allowing everyone to stash their equipment away. A few steps down is a large open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen that is perfect for families and friends to gather. The vaulted ceilings, large wooden beams, and beautiful stone fireplace provide a warm, welcoming ambiance that everyone will look forward to coming home to. Mounted above the fireplace is a brand new 60-inch flat screen TV. The living space is well situated with plenty of seating for everyone to cuddle up and enjoy the fire and a movie. The spacious, beautiful kitchen is thoughtfully designed and laid out with the large center island (with seating for 2), beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, wine storage, and plenty of counter space. The large dining area sits between the living and kitchen space and comfortably accommodates 12. The main living level of the home is ideal for entertaining groups of families and friends. Guests can be cooking in the kitchen and also stay involved with friends and family hanging out by the fireplace. Also situated off the dining area is a private deck with the BBQ. The deck provides views of Old Town Park City. Additionally, a half bathroom is located adjacent to the entrance of the home.

As you head down a couple of steps, there is a second family room with plenty of comfortable seating and a brand new 60-inch flat screen TV. This room is perfect as a game room, kid's space, or a place to gather around and watch a movie. This room can also accommodate two guests, as it is situated with a brand new inflatable top queen sized pull-out couch. Additionally located on the lower level is a bedroom situated with a queen bed, TV, and private en suite bathroom. Guests will also find the well-appointed and large laundry room on this level.

A few steps down you will be greeted with two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, sizable closet, and a private en suite. This room provides access to the patio through two French doors that lead to the private hot tub. The second bedroom you come to is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private master en suite. This bedroom also provides access to the patio through two French doors, where you can access the brand new 7 person hot tub.

The hot tub is ideal for relaxing and unwinding in at the end of the day. Hot tub towels and robes are provided to complete the experience.

Guests can access the fourth bedroom from the main level as they make their way up a few steps to reach the top floor of the home. The fourth bedroom is situated with 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, and two sets of twin XL custom designed adult bunk beds. This spacious room can comfortably sleep 6. This bedroom has a sizeable closet, beautiful barn wood door, and large private en suite.

There is radiant floor heating throughout the home and in all the bathrooms. Also included are free WiFi, a 2 car garage, and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway.

The location of this home is really what will make a ski trip! Guests can walk to the base of Park City Resort and jump on the chairlifts, or walk .2 miles to the ski run, put skis on and ski down to the Town Lift! After a day of skiing, guests can walk down to Lower Main Street and shop in the local stores or dine at some of the finest restaurants in Park City. This Old Town location is a very welcoming and cozy home, perfect for the entire family to relax in after a long day of skiing or mountain biking!

Parking Details:
There is one parking space in front of the home available to guests. There is an additional parking lot across from the home, which is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
