The secondary master features a top-of-the-line king bed, pull-out couch, full en suite, and access to an outdoor deck area with fireplace and valley views. The den, which includes 3 convenient pull-out beds, comfortably fits large groups. It's a perfect space for catching up on Sundance movies or letting the kids play after a day exploring Park City.
Heading upstairs, guests will find the main living space and kitchen. The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line appliances and is equipped with every tool a novice cook or pro chef could need. Enjoy a drip coffee in the morning and an added bonus of a butler's kitchen, great for larger groups. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the island bar. Enjoy a private balcony off of this area as well as a cozy living space with Samsung flat screen tv, comfortable seating, and a gas fireplace.
The second floor also features a guest bedroom with two queen beds and storage space. A full bathroom and a half bath off the hallway make accommodating large groups much easier. This floor also includes a full laundry room with all the necessary amenities for longer stays.
Finally, guests will find the primary master bedroom on the third floor, as well as another private deck with an oversized hot tub. The master bedroom comes with a beautiful en suite, a full walk-in closet, and a secondary washer and dryer set. Relax in the king-sized bed situated in front of a private fireplace and flat-screen TV.
This home comes with a two-car garage, and guest parking space. Two of the showers are flush with the floor and accessible for guests with mobility difficulties.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Sadly pets are not permitted at this property. Un-authorized pets may be subject to a fine.
This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liability up to $2,500.
