The expansive, tree-covered backyard includes a brand new hot tub, swing set, horseshoe pit, and deep water dock for all your water toys.

•Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
•No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
•Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
•Lake levels may vary. As of July 2021, the depth of water is 4ft at the dock. If you are bringing a boat please be sure to research if this is sufficient. Please check all lake rules at the Big Bear Municipal Water District website.
•This home can accommodate 13 people but a maximum of 13 adults.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property .
•The gate separating the driveway and backyard is currently not in place due to recent construction in this area, which has been completed except for the reinstallation of the gate.

This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
