After a year-long restoration project, we are thrilled to present Vivenda Vida Boa. Translating to The Good Life House in Portuguese, every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present an experience of upscale casual elegance.
ABOUT VIVENDA VIDA BOA
Opting for clean and uncluttered energy, you'll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a Nespresso and a French press for the coffee connoisseurs in your group.
The living space displays the works of local artisans to complement contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light.
With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, there's space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, an ensuite bath, and a remote workstation along with the main living area and a powder room.
On the first level, the second bedroom offers a king and the third a queen. These two bedrooms share a large hall bath. Memory foam Casper mattresses are featured on each of the three beds.
In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpeting in our home and a Blueair purifier in the primary bedroom.
The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a large deck offering both a lounge and dining area. There's even a space for your yoga practice. The sunny backyard features a Solo Stove, perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine.
GETTING TO KNOW MANZANITA
Conveniently located to many of the area's natural amenities, you're literally steps from the ocean, and just a short walk to town or the state park, with its many recreation opportunities. Golf is one block away.
The town of Manzanita is an artist's paradise, dotted with art galleries, boutiques, spas, and restaurants. Craft beer, cocktails, and farm-to-table cuisine are the norm.
Manzanita's 7-mile long beach serves as the backdrop for the Neahkahnie Mountain and the Coast Range. Nature lovers flock here, in equal parts landlubbers and sea people. You'll find all manner of explorers, from hikers to surfers, and everything in-between.
Located right on the Oregon Coast Highway, Manzanita has long been considered one of the tiny treasures of the region. With a year-round population hovering somewhere around the 600 mark, Manzanita is located between Seaside and Tillamook, and yet a world apart with its quiet and charming vibe.
