•Due to the remote location of our property guests may experience unannounced power outages.
•Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
•Please note that pool heat is not available between May and September.
•The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
•Due to the rural location, cell reception is spotty and because the wifi is based off satellite, there may be instances where the wifi drops once in a great while.
•Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
•This property is located on a dirt road, it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easily accessible to all vehicles.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
