This lovely home has been recently renovated. To enter this condo, guests walk up a flight of stairs in an interior hallway. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into an open living space with sweeping views of Ajax Peak and the Coonskin ski lift to the east. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa that folds out to a queen bed, gas fireplace, 65-inch flatscreen TV, soundbar and board games. A small wet bar with a sink and fridge is located off the main living area.
The adjacent dining room has seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Nutri Ninja Blender system, microwave, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and all of the utensils needed to cook any meal.
The Primary Bedroom, which also boasts impressive views of Ajax Peak, has a king bed, a smart flatscreen TV, and a small workspace with an extra monitor - a great place to catch up on some work during any stay. The ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub and step-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin XL bunk beds, which are perfect for kids or adults. The room has a smart flatscreen TV, large windows, and access to the hallway bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and large vanity. The third bedroom faces west and has a beautiful valley floor and mountain views. It features a king bed, smart flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The condo has a private washer/dryer, complimentary wifi, and cable TV.
The Etta Place Too complex offers ski-in/ski-out access via Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift).
There is a bike rack on the east side of the building, next to the pool. It is an easy walk (about 15 minutes) to the festivals in Town Park, which is just up the scenic River Trail located steps from the building.

•There is a common outdoor hot tub (winter and summer) and seasonal (summer only) swimming pool with views of Ajax Mountain, the Box Canyon as well as Lower Milk Run.
•Please note that the jets in the bathtub for the primary bedroom are currently not working. The tub still operates as a soaking tub.
•Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
