Guests enter this home on the second floor of the Ghostriders building, which is located along the River Trail just two blocks from Main Street. There is no elevator to access this property. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into an entry area with seating and plenty of storage for outdoor gear and shoes. The hall opens up to a great room, which is an inviting area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and stunning vaulted ceilings.
The living room has a large, comfortable sectional couch, flatscreen TV and a DVD player. An adjacent seating area offers a cozy reading nook with views of the ski area. The dining room is open to the living room and has seating for six with four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave and all utensils needed to cook any meal.
In the center of the living area is a spiral staircase that leads to a private rooftop deck with incredible views of the entire box canyon. The deck has a seating area and a propane grill that is not accessible during winter months. These unobstructed views are some of the best in town!
All four bedrooms are located on the main level of the home. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a large step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combination and single vanity.
This complex has a prime location on the San Miguel River with easy access to the gondola, ski lifts, hiking, biking, shopping, dining and more. Town Park is just a short walk to the east and the Bear Creek Falls trailhead is down the block. Walk to everything Telluride has to offer!
