Slopeside at Sundance offers three bedrooms and three baths and can easily accommodate up to nine guests thanks to the availability of two extra sleeping spaces. It sprawls across five levels and nearly 3,000 square feet of luxurious living space. The LIVING ROOM features a large stone fireplace and a flat-screen television with a DVD player surrounded by comfy leather furnishings. This room also provides access to the private deck with lovely natural views. Nearby is the beautiful KITCHEN with high-end stainless steel appliances, a grill feature on the stovetop, a wine fridge and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker. Meals may be enjoyed at the formal dining table, the breakfast bar or the table out on the deck. The KING MASTER SUITE sprawls across the entire top level of the home, and it leads out onto its own private deck where the hot tub awaits. Back inside is a plush bed, seating, and a large closet and dresser. The master bath comes with a dual vanity and a glass steam shower with bench seating and dual showerheads. A few steps up from the master suite is a LOFT with extra sleeping space on a full-size futon that sits in front of a flat-screen television. The second level of the home features a QUEEN GUESTROOM with big windows with lovely natural views and a flat-screen television.
