Located in the Telemark building, Telemark A is an end-unit condo with plenty of privacy and great deck space. Just outside of the front door is a large patio with a dining area and firepit - perfect for watching sunsets! Guests enter this three-story home from the ground floor and are welcomed into a large entryway with a storage closet and open staircase. Continuing through the home, the main floor opens up with a large, inviting mountain-style living space. The living room has stunning vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and a large comfortable sectional with plenty of room to entertain.
The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a large island perfect for cooking, a great breakfast bar, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The kitchen is also open to the dining room, which has seating for eight. A door to access the back deck is also located in this area, complete with a gas grill, inviting lounge area and great views of the ski mountain. A powder room is also on the main floor.
The upper level at this home includes the master bedroom. The master bedroom has large windows with great views of the Wilson Range, a king bed, gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, standalone soaking tub and a step-in steam shower. There is also a second sleeping area with two twin bunk beds in the loft above the master bedroom. This space is accessed via a spiral staircase.
The lower level of this home has two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and access to the back deck, private hot tub and ski-in, ski-out access. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The third bedroom has a king bed and access to the back deck, hot tub and ski-in/ski-out access. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.
There is a private laundry room on the lower level that has a full-size washer and dryer and a boot/gear dryer in the lower level hall. Guests also have use of one parking spot in the Telemark garage.
