Elegant condo situated in the Mountain Village Core from an ideal ski-in/out location!

Bedding: King, queen, queen, twin bunks.

Walk into the spacious living room with leather furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, a stacked-stone gas fireplace and walls of windows filling the room with natural light. An expansive deck with front row views of the ski slopes wraps around the south end of the property and includes a propane grill. Open to the living room is the fabulous kitchen and dining area with seating for six guests. There is also a half bath on this level.

The master bedroom is located upstairs with vaulted ceilings, king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The ensuite bathroom has a separate shower and jetted tub.

Downstairs are the remaining two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and attached baths with shower/tub combo. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV. A bunk bed beneath the high stairwell on the lowest level provides three extra sleeping spaces and a child's reading nook.

This condo is located in the Mountain Village core with easy ski-in/out access. It has a private washer/dryer, garage parking for one vehicle and private outdoor hot tub.

There is no A/C at this property.
Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall, specifically from October 15th to November 24th (including Thanksgiving weekend) and from April 15th to May 25th. During these periods, every restaurant and shop will be closed, and there will be no transportation services available. Travelers are advised to check the availability of activities, restaurants, home amenities, and other services when booking for these dates.
Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

There is one parking space located in the Telemark garage, marked (B).

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
