•Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, cacti, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
•The sail in the backyard over the patio is no longer at this home.

•Please be aware that the fireplace is not operational and is for decorative purposes only.
•This home does not have a washer or dryer.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count. A trifold floor mattress and related bedding can be found in the Master closet.

•This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located in the courtyard and in front of the casita.

This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
