This gorgeous Charleston Single Style home contains three distinct suites --- Loblolly, Longleaf, and Pond --- each with its own living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Enter through the breezy covered porch and take your pick! To the left, you'll find Loblolly, a cozy space (the only one with private access) featuring a bedroom separated from the living area by glass panels and convenient sliding curtains. The other first-floor suite, Longleaf, contains one bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room boasting an elegant and elevated design. Finally, the two-bedroom suite upstairs, Pond, has access to the private balcony with a swinging bench perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Together, the three spaces at Spring Street Buyout create a unique home with plenty of room and living options for your entire group!

  • This property is located on a busy street in downtown Charleston.
  • Home is an older but recently updated home built in 1910.

Parking Details:
Parking for only one car between 3 units, you must plan accordingly. Please reach out to customer support to organize other parking options.
Additional parking is behind the house in the MUSC parking lot. This requires a provided yellow laminated pass and a white key card to access, if this key/pass is lost a $250 fine will be passed on to the guest.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking

Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Bring Your Furry Friends

Pets are welcome! We require a $150 fee per pet as well as a single $300 security deposit. Contact experience@avantstay.com to let us know if you plan on bringing a registered service animal or emotional support animal.

Thank You For Not Smoking

This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liability up to $2,500.
