Welcome to "Destin's Gem!"
With three stories, this luxury home provides space delineation by floor. The first floor offers a master suite with luxurious bath and walk-in closet. It includes a separate entrance off the courtyard and thus could become a mini apartment/guest suite. The primary relaxing and entertaining space is on the middle level. The stunning kitchen offers white granite counters, white soft-close cabinets, a large stainless sink, stainless KitchenAid refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, Thermador microwave, and custom backsplash. The third floor provides privacy for another beautiful master suite, as well as for two additional bedrooms and a shared bath. The lovely front courtyard encloses a private pool, which includes a cascading waterfall that is perfect for cooling off on summer days. The home includes a one-car garage with storage space, a Rinnai tankless water heater, and an outdoor shower. The garage measures an additional 312 SF, while the pool area provides an additional 470 SF of functional and livable space to enjoy! A very short walk past two homes leads to the large community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse--and it's not much further to the private walkover for Destiny residents to access the stunning Emerald Coast beaches.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

"Very Nice home The home and location was amazing. We had some family members who could not come due to losing their home in Hurricane Ida so we didn't need some parts of the house. 2 couples and 2 master baths very separate from each other was just perfect. The home would have accommodated more with the two additional bedrooms and jack and Jill bath. One issue with the bottom floors ac not cooling properly the first night but management was out very quickly and resolved the problem the next morning. I highly recommend this property. Forgot to mention one block from the private beach."

"This was our first time staying in Destin in over 6 years, we normally stay in Rosemary Beach. The property was BEAUTIFUL, well maintained, and a PERFECT LOCATION. The community is tucked away on the beach in the heart of Destin. The beach is about a 3minute walk from the house. We came with my elderly parents, a 3 year old, and a 1.5 year old. The walk is easy, even with toys/bags/baby in tow. The beach itself is beautiful, not crowded (private only open to the destiny by the sea community), and they have a beach service that sets up chairs for you! Your close to everything you need and there is even a restaurant called The Crab Trap in walking distance. Overall i rate the house with 5 stars. It obviously new, well kept, and a great layout for family trying to accommodate all age groups. There is plenty of space and an awesome pool to hangout in after a long day at the beach. We had no problems with anything in the house or booking the house. As with all rental properties the only thing that bothers me are the towels however i am a towel snob so only luxury hotels meet my standards ."
