In the back of the third floor a second covered deck with sweetheart swings facing the beautiful pine forest landscaping of Camp Creek Golf Course, which offers added privacy. This 4-bedroom home also includes 3 private king-sized master suites on the 1st & 2nd floor and a large bunk room with a twin bunk, and addition queen size bed. All bedrooms enjoy their own SmartTV. The open-style first floor includes a full designer kitchen, plush living room furniture with a pull out queen size mattress.
Outside a beautiful outdoor private patio with a large grill, teak dining set, patio loungers and overhead garden lighting. For accessibility, it includes a walk-in shower on the 2nd floor and bars in the 1st floor bath.
The Cottages of Camp Creek is a small charming beach community, located on 30A in Seacrest. It offers big amenities! Including: private deeded beach access 500ft from the entrance of the neighborhood, a 7500 square-foot community pool is a mere 100 feet away from your front door hidden amongst natural landscaping. For those cool evenings, stretch out and soak in the community hot tub.
The unique boutiques and the area's best dining in Alys Beach are less than a mile walk away. Or take a bike ride along 30A's most scenic views, to Rosemary Beach and the Hub at Prominence. Whether it's toes in the sand or a book by the pool, your dream vacation awaits! And, don't forget, this one is Doctor Ordered! These gulf views are prescribed for you!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
