Upon entering the 3 bedroom/3 bath home, you are greeted with boasts of natural light and an open floor plan that has been recently remodeled with all new furnishings, shiplap walls, wood floors throughout, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and much more!
Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Upstairs are 2 additional master bedrooms each with king beds, two sets of twin beds and private baths. Both bedrooms also have private balconies to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. With multiple decks, large balconies and lush landscaping, there is no shortage of outdoor living to be had. The backyard is also fully fenced for kids and pets to enjoy.

"Magnolia Charms " is a safe and short two-minute walk to the world-famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will fall in love with the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, known for its white picket fences and upscale cottage-style homes.
The area is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, a movie theater, countless restaurants, and shops, water park, go carts, and several world class golf courses, but still maintains a quiet and family-friendly beach atmosphere. No high rise condos are allowed in this unique area.

"Didn't want to leave The house and the area it was in was more than we hoped for. We ended up extending our stay and adding on another 2 nights because we loved it so much. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I, my parents, our two kids and our goldendoodle. Room for everyone, perfect little yard for the dog. It was a super short, direct walk to the beach. The water was AMAZING and we saw dolphins on 2 of the days we went. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. If you are on the fence or trying to decide on a house, get this one! This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liability up to $2,500.
