Not only do this house boast southern charm, but this house has also all the glam and comfort you need on a beach vacation.
Located just less than a 5-minute drive to Gulf Place, this home is the perfect getaway home away from home! Gulf Place is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida's celebrated Emerald Coast. Gulf Place is one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton that has its own character and charm. This colorful community is one of 30A's original new urban developments. The 25-acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces, and plenty of park benches to sit and enjoy the views.
What makes Gulf Place unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods is the mixture of full-time residents and short-term vacationers that all gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere.

This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
"Great place to stay! Beach was close enough to walk to (about ten minutes way) Public access actually had quite a bit of parking and wasn't over crowded. House was amazing! Great layout, rooms were huge, bathrooms amazing and the living area was perfect! House is on a dead end so literally no traffic! Everything was a dream."

This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liability up to $2,500.
