This idyllic 2-bedroom 2-bath unit has an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with everything you need to make cooking easy and fun. A luxe leather sleeper sofa is found in the living room along with a dining area and seating for four in a windowed corner. Additional seating is offered at the kitchen counter, with three stools. The large master bedroom with a queen bed has gleaming hardwood floors with a bathroom and a large walk-in shower en-suite. The comfy queen guest bedroom also comes with a private bath.
This quiet compound of just three other condos shares the inviting pool and large private outside area ideal for lounging in the sunshine or grilling the fish caught on your deep-sea adventure. Off-street parking is provided, although once here, you won't need a car at all, as you are within walking distance to the famous Blue Heaven restaurant, for mile-high Key lime pie; Santiago's Bodega, a favorite local spot for tapas; and just three blocks to bustling Duval Street for shopping, perusing art galleries or hitting some fun bars for music and margaritas.
For a day of swimming, snorkeling, or picnicking under the pine trees, head to Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park, right around the corner. Then come home to your Treetop Paradise, to rest and refresh for another day in the Conch Republic!
