Situated on Key West's historical Whitehead Street is Spanish Lime Tree Cottage, appropriately named for one of the lime trees in the backyard. Whitehead runs parallel to Duval Street and is right in the heart of Old Town, Key West.
Along this street are the most famous sites in Key West. Starting with the Southernmost point, The Key West Lighthouse, The Hemingway House, the famous Mile Marker 0 sign, The Audubon House, and finally ending at the entrance to Mallory Square. Not to mention, some great restaurants and bars, including the most famous bar in Key West, The Green Parrot. You can't get any closer than this!
The home is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom with a lovely backyard patio area. A BBQ grill and patio table for six is perfect to entertain on Key West nights. The inviting front porch is great for people watching all of the visitors as they travel up and down Whitehead, day and night.
Ride bikes or scoot on over to the Southernmost Beach, just a few blocks away. Have breakfast just a short walk down to your right at Moon-dog Cafe, or Happy Hour at Ram's Head. Meander down Petronia Street where you will find quaint shops and more places to dine and be entertained.
Spanish Lime Tree Cottage is truly the perfect location for your month-long stay in Key West. You don't need your car, but there is a private driveway for two vehicles. We promise you won't want to leave this lovely home.

•This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area.
•Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.
•Please note that max occupancy includes infants.
•Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry.
Pets:
•Only one dog under 50LBS is allowed. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•We LOVE pets, however- Certain breeds typically have to have an additional owner or HOA approval. If your pet falls under any typical breed restrictions (breed, size, weight) please let us know so that we can confirm!
