•This property is located on a dirt road, it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easily accessible to all vehicles.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located in front of the door.
•Offroad vehicles are not permitted for use on property grounds.
•Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested and paid in full at least 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
•Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
-The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot heat both pool and spa at the same time.
•Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
•A Nema 14-50 50amp RV outlet is provided on the driveway. You will need to bring your own charger to charge your vehicle.
•Please note that the backyard and the pool are shared between the 2 units.
•All pets must be leashed outdoors unless you rent both properties.
Parking Details:
•A maximum of 3 cars can park in front of this home.
•Please park only on the street directly in front of the house. Do not block the trash cans.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
