•This is a buyout that features a 6-bedroom main home, a separate studio cottage, and a 3-bedroom casita located onsite and a 5-minute walk from the main house.
•Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested before your stay. During the winter months, the pool can only heat to 80 degrees.
•All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
•The groundskeeper lives onsite near the casita and studio cottage.
•The main house features a top-of-the-line surround sound system.
•Guests have the option of adding 3 additional twin beds to the game room, but please request before your stay.
•No speakers of any kind are allowed on the property. We provide a Bluetooth speaker for guests. All noise must be reduced by 10 PM.
