The Hacienda at Coachella is a private oasis located on 5 beautiful acres, offering 2 par three golf holes, a 1,600 square foot pool, extensive entertaining areas, and a grassy expanse. In the heart of Coachella, it is just one mile from where Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip are held.

The designer compound fits a large group, with a gourmet kitchen, open great room, and a large game room. Every aspect of this estate has been professionally decorated and well suited to accommodate private/exclusive events!

Located 100 miles east of Los Angeles, Coachella Valley is an oasis for those looking for an escape from the daily grind. Surrounded by picturesque vistas and mountains--as well as an abundance of golf courses, spas, and hiking trails--this desert destination is a must-visit. It's also the location for the nation's most famous music event, the Coachella Music & Arts Festival. No matter what time of year, there's always something exciting going on.

Home Truths:

  • This home is also available as a buyout which features an additional studio cottage and 3-bedroom casita.
  • Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested before your stay. During the winter months, the pool can only heat to 80 degrees.
  • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
  • The groundskeeper lives onsite near the casita and studio cottage.
  • The house features a top-of-the-line surround sound system.
  • Guests have the option of adding 3 additional twin beds to the game room, but please request before your stay.
  • No speakers of any kind are allowed on the property. We provide a Bluetooth speaker for guests. All noise must be reduced by 10 PM.
  • You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
