•This home is permitted to be listed as a 6 bedroom. The loft with a pullout queen sofa bed is considered a bedroom.
•Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11 PM.
•Parties that go into the night are not well received in this community and fines are regularly issued for noise complaints. Guest is responsible for any fines incurred during their stay.
•8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities.
•All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster.
•There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.
•Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
•Hot Tub Rules are posted on the premises and must be followed.

Up to 8 cars can park onsite.
All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
