•Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building, and we would appreciate being mindful of the volume of the activities that may occur.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count for each space. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and, therefore, is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. Otherwise, if violations occur, you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
Parking Details:
•A maximum of 7 cars can park onsite.
•Parking spots are ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have a lot of difficulty getting in and out; while larger vehicles will not fit at all and are at risk of fines & towing if past a certain point in the alleyway.
•Please be aware that street parking is extremely limited.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
