The best way to get around Los Angeles is to take an Uber if you want to avoid high parking prices.
You must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
The 4th bedroom near the patio can be accessed through a hidden entrance behind a bookshelf at the end of the main hallway, which opens from the right. Follow the spiral staircase which leads down to the lower level, featuring the 4th bedroom.
Please note that the ice maker in the fridge isn't working, but ice cube trays are provided.
The fire pit in the backyard is not available for guest use.

Parking Details:
Ample space for 4-5 vehicles in a large driveway, partly covered carport.
No Street parking.


Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
