Charming classic Florida beach vibe, the East End of PCB is the locals favorite! Take a stroll down south lagoon in the morning to check out the boat ramps or catch the sunset in the evening at Schooners. Local dive bars, taco truck, coffee shop, and seafood restaurants are plentiful with easy access to the Navy base and St. Andrew's state park. Primarily residential, we live in right in the heart of this awesome neighborhood and adore it!
