•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•This home requires a Live Check in upon Arrival. Someone from our team will be reaching out to set that up prior to check-in.
•Please note that our occupancy includes an additional two beyond the bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•The outdoor trellis pictured is no longer available.
•Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert vary by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling Wi-Fi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
•Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
•Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
•The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot heat both pool and spa at the same time.
•ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
•No exterior amplified music is allowed, or a fine will be imposed.
•Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
•No events or parties are allowed at this property.
•All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings per the San Bernardino County Ordinance.
Parking Details:
•Parking is available for 5 vehicles and 2 RVs.
•Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A 4WD car is not required, but note that roads often have ruts, particularly after rain.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
