•Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Please note that the pool is heated September through December unless the temperature drops below 50 degrees at which point it is only heated for guests booking weekend stays not including stays in January or February. Should you be a weekday guest during those drops in temperature, the pool can be heated upon request and for an additional fee. Please inquire and we'd be more than happy to help make the arrangements. The pool heater will not be offered during the months of January & February.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
