•This property is located on a dirt road, and it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easily accessible to all vehicles.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional four beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located in front of the door.
•Offroad vehicles are not permitted for use on property grounds.
•Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested and paid in full at least 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
•Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). -The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot heat both pool and spa at the same time.
•Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
•A Nema 14-50 50amp RV outlet is provided on the driveway. You will need to bring your own charger to charge your vehicle.
•All pets must be leashed outdoors unless you rent both properties.
