- It is an annual subscription service designed to provide our most loyal guests with elevated savings, priority service, and curated travel experiences. For the yearly fee of $149, you unlock a suite of exclusive benefits across our entire portfolio of designer homes. Members receive a 10% discount on stays (up to $250 per booking), priority support, early access to promotions, and a premium welcome gift.
You can join AvantStay Membership in two ways:
While booking a stay — During checkout on avantstay.com, add the Exclusive Membership Offer to your reservation ($149/year).
Without a booking — Visit avantstay.com/membership to sign up anytime. Your 10% member discount (up to $250 per stay) applies to future bookings. If you join with a stay, the discount can also apply to that first booking.
Your membership is automatically renewed annually on the date you sign up to ensure uninterrupted access to your Membership Benefits. You will receive an auto-renewal notification email 30 days before the renewal date with cancellation options. You can view your membership details and renewal date, and cancel auto-renewal, anytime in Account Settings on avantstay.com under the Exclusive Membership tab.
Cancel auto-renewal anytime in your AvantStay account:
- Log in at avantstay.com
- Open your profile menu (top right) → Account Settings
- Go to the Exclusive Membership tab
- Select Cancel auto-renewal
This stops your next annual charge. Your benefits stay active through the end of your current 12-month term. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next $149 charge (for example, if you joined 1/1/2026, cancel by 12/31/2026 to avoid renewal on 1/1/2027).

- If you cancel both your first booking and your membership, we will refund both the booking and the membership fee in full, subject to the booking cancellation policy. In all other cases, the membership fee is non-refundable, but your benefits stay active through the end of your current 12-month term. If you have already used your membership discount on a booking, we will not reverse that discount. Canceling auto-renewal stops future charges — you will not be billed again after your current term ends.
- As a welcome gift, your first booking after joining the program includes a 10% discount (up to $250) that is stackable. This means you can combine this one-time bonus with other active AvantStay promotions or seasonal offers to maximize your initial savings.
- For every stay after your first, you will receive a consistent 10% discount (up to $250) that is automatically applied. Please note that for these subsequent bookings, the discount is not stackable. You can choose to apply your 10% member discount or use a different promotional coupon code, whichever offers you the better value.
- Members are moved to the front of the line. You will receive early notification and booking windows for our biggest seasonal sales and limited-time promotions, ensuring you get first pick of our most popular homes before they open to the general public.
- We provide dedicated, members-only service lines. You will receive a private SMS number and email address reserved exclusively for our AvantStay Members. Whether you need to modify a reservation or request a late check-out, you skip the standard queue.
- We believe every stay should be tailored to your tastes. Through our partnerships with Vendors hand-selected by our Concierge Team, members receive bespoke itinerary suggestions — from private chef experiences to curated local excursions — based specifically on your travel history and the preferences you share with our Concierge Team.
- To make your arrival even more special, every member stay includes a Premium Welcome Gift waiting for you at the property. These are rotating, high-end amenities — ranging from artisanal local treats to fun wellness products — curated by our team to enhance your stay.
