Tucked into the Red Pine community at the foot of Canyons Village, this condo is about a seven-minute walk from the lower terminal of the Canyons Village Skyway, a new enclosed gondola set to open for the 2026-27 ski season. It carries you up to the base area, where the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express head up the mountain. The cabins have floor-to-ceiling windows, so keep your phone handy on the way up.
Inside, high ceilings and a chalet-style feel give the condo room to breathe. The living room gathers around the fireplace, with plenty of seating for everyone and a cable TV for movie nights. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking, and the dining table keeps the group together for breakfast before the lifts open. An A/C system keeps things comfortable when summer warms up.
The home has two bedrooms plus an open loft, which works well for families and friends traveling together. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and uses the first full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft has two twin beds under a vaulted ceiling. It's an open space with no door, so it's best suited to kids or guests who don't need a private room. A door off the loft leads into the second bedroom, a cozy room under the eaves with another pair of twins. The loft and second bedroom share the upstairs bathroom.
Slide open the door to the furnished patio for coffee and the view, and fire up the gas grill on warm evenings.
As a guest, you'll have access to the Red Pine community amenities. In summer, that means outdoor pools with a wading pool for little ones. In winter, one heated outdoor pool stays open. There's also an outdoor hot tub and a clubhouse with a sauna, fitness room, and game room stocked with a pool table, Connect Four, arcade games, video games, and a TV. In summer, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts plus a horseshoe pitch round things out.
When you'd rather leave the car parked, the free Park City bus stops at the community entrance and links to the Canyons Village Transit Hub. High Mountain Transport also runs a scheduled loop through Red Pine. Historic Main Street is about five miles away for dinner, galleries, and après, and the shops and restaurants at Redstone and Kimball Junction are about three miles out. Summer swaps powder days for hiking, mountain biking, golf, disc golf, horseback riding, and fishing or boating at Jordanelle Reservoir.
