The home spreads across two floors, and the ground level is built for downtime. Out back, the fenced yard opens to a patio with a dining table and seating, the hot tub, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before heading inside. Also on this level is the queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, plus a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Upstairs is the main living space. The kitchen is open and fully equipped, with a breakfast area for slow mornings and a living room with a large TV just beyond. Step out to the porch for a seat in the fresh air or to fire up the propane grill when it's time for dinner. The king bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks share a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo, handy for anyone traveling with little ones.
Dogs are welcome too, up to two, and the fenced backyard gives them room to roam. There's parking for up to four cars, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a renovated interior that feels bright and easy to settle into.
When you want a break from the beach, Shelter Cove is a short drive away for groceries, shopping, waterfront dining, and the marina, where dolphin tours and fishing charters head out. From there the rest of the island is easy to reach, from the busy boardwalk scene at Coligny to the lighthouse at Harbour Town.
