That covers a reunion's worth of parents, kids, and grandparents, a few families traveling as one, or a team in town for a tournament weekend. Every cottage has its own private entrance, its own full kitchen, and its own patio, so mornings run on five different schedules and nobody waits for a bathroom that isn't theirs.

Inside, the cottages all run on the same easy logic: an open living and dining room, a full kitchen with a Keurig for the morning, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and an iron and ironing board tucked away in each unit. The four two-bedroom cottages add dedicated workspaces for anyone quietly stretching the trip into a work week, and the Starfish studio holds the property's one dishwasher, a fair perk for the smallest unit. Bathrooms come with walk-in showers, and there's shared laundry on site for sandy towels and long stays.

The lake is the property's quiet centerpiece. It sits just past the grass out back, and evenings tend to migrate outside without anyone deciding they should. Beach days come pre-packed too: the property carries ten beach chairs, four umbrellas, and five coolers, so the first morning starts on the sand instead of at a rental counter. Off-street parking holds five cars, one per cottage, and dogs are welcome in every unit.

The property sits on the quiet grid between Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, which puts the Gulf about five minutes west and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, one of the best stretches of sand and shelling on this coast, just up the road. Mercato's restaurants, shops, and grocery are about a mile away, close enough that dinner never needs a plan. Downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue South are a straightforward 20-minute drive south, golf and pickleball are everywhere in this corner of Florida, the Paradise Coast Sports Complex is about 20 minutes out for tournament weekends, and RSW airport is roughly 30 minutes, keeping travel days short at both ends.
