Tucked into leafy Edgewater and ranked #1 out of 154 hotels in Miami on Tripadvisor, Sense28 is where boutique-hotel polish meets coastal-contemporary calm. This newly built stay blends warm neutrals, organic textures, and sculptural design into a home base that feels equal parts sophisticated and easygoing, just minutes from Wynwood, the Design District, and the waterfront.
Each Executive suite features a dedicated office with a desk and chair for remote work, study sessions, or private calls. Full kitchens come stocked with stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso machine, and tea. The living areas open onto private balconies for morning coffee or an evening wind-down, while in-unit washers, dryers, and clothing steamers make longer stays more convenient. Full bathrooms include shower and tub combinations with provided toiletries.
Outside the suites, Sense28 offers a rooftop pool with lounge seating and city views, along with an on-site fitness center. The boutique-hotel setting combines the design and shared amenities of a curated stay with the space, workspace, and privacy of two full residences.
Edgewater sits between Downtown and the Design District, putting Wynwood's murals and restaurants, the shops and galleries of the Design District, and the waterfront paths of Margaret Pace Park within easy reach. Brickell, Midtown, and the MacArthur Causeway to South Beach are short drives away.
