Welcome to Hamilton II. Located just three blocks from the beach, this mid-century style home features clean architectural lines, vaulted ceilings, a rooftop deck, and a lovely courtyard patio! Pour yourself a cup of coffee at the breakfast nook, then head outside for some fresh ocean air. Stroll over to Windansea Beach for a quick dip, or rent an e-bike and spend your day cruising down the coast! Head down to San Diego for some of the best tacos you've ever tasted. But be sure to make it back in time to catch a spectacular ocean sunset!

Please note that this home is located on a bustling street, and guests may occasionally hear some traffic noise.
Please note that we do not provide firewood, you may want to bring your own.
The property has landscaping performed on Tuesdays between the hours of 9am and 1pm.
The outdoor sitting area/bench is not fully furnished for the time being.
Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.

Parking Details:
2 vehicles can park in the garage.
There also is a small driveway to fit a small car before the garage right off of La Jolla Blvd.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
