•Please be aware that the water may appear darker than neighboring pools because of our custom plastering, which gives it a green/gray tint. We assure you that the water is clean, well-maintained, and ready for your relaxation and enjoyment.

•Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
•Please note that the elevator is not for guest use.

We are constantly maintaining our properties. Some times the issues require a professional technicians. If you check in on a weekend, know that we have tried to repair everything before you arrive. But being on an Island and vacation area, can be difficult to fix anything until the beginning of the week.

On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit all parking of vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc to the space available on the property.
