Each home is provided with 1 guest pass which allows exclusive access to the Northstar Resort Community (a nominal charge may apply for some activities). This entails very easy access to the slopes (free shuttle available throughout the neighborhood), as well as, other amenities provided through Northstar Property Owners Association (pool, spa, tennis, fitness center).

Home Truths:
•Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
•Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
•This home does not have AC.
•This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 9 guests.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•This home has access to a communal pool at the recreation center, but please note that there is an entrance fee.
•Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is strictly prohibited. Guests are only allowed to park while using the facilities. Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500.

Parking Details:
•2 parking passes are available for guests' use. Guests will be charged $50 for unreturned passes.
•No street parking allowed.
•Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
