•Pool Heat can be added for an additional $100 /per day but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
•Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1.
•Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining warmer water temperatures.
•The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
•Spa heat is complimentary and available year-round.
•Please note that the elevator is strictly not available for guest use.
•Please do not open any windows in the home.
•Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
•No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV.

The garage accommodates 2 cars.
The driveway accommodates 4 cars.
Parking is not permitted on any street, shoulder, or landscaped area. Violators will be towed.
No recreational vehicles, boats, or vehicles larger than a standard pickup truck or van are allowed to park in the driveway except in the garage.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
