•Be aware that wildlife like insects and snakes may be present around this property. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but we recommend keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay.
•Please note, the road leading up to the home is one lane and rather windy. Please watch speed and drive carefully.
•Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home. This home is on satellite wifi so it may run slow when too many devices are using the network at once.
•AC temperature should not be set below 72 degrees for extended periods of time so as to prevent HVAC maintenance issues.
•Please note that a roadside vegetation management project is set to start on September 18 (lasting roughly 4-6 weeks). It will start at Brazil Street and will continue up the road to the lower Birch gate, which will include The Loop. Please NOTE: The work will take place roughly 5-6 days during each week, weather permitting.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

There is absolutely no parking on the street. It obstructs the path of cars should there be an emergency.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
