Welcome to Norfolk Escape. Located close to the town lift, Old Town Park City and Park City Mountain Resort, this three bedroom (one king room, one queen room and one bunk room) two bath home is ideal for a mountain getaway with family or friends. The home is in a great location, only a 5-minute walk to the Town Lift and Main Street where guests can shop and dine at some of the best restaurants in the area. The home is ideal for groups of friends and families with its open main level living area as well as the kitchen area. It is charming, warm, and has a welcoming ambiance everyone will look forward to coming home to after a day on the hill.
When guests walk into the home, they enter into the open main living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and there is a wall mounted flat screen smart TV so everyone can watch a movie or the game after a long day on the mountain.
Down a few steps are the kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies guests need and is situated with all stainless steel appliances and a cozy kitchen table, perfect for breakfast in the morning.
A few more steps down, there is a separate bedroom with two bunks beds and lots of extra space. The first bunk bed has a twin over twin and the second bunk bed has a twin over queen bed. It is a great place for children to have their own area.
On the lowest level, guests will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is situated with a queen bed, closet space, and sliding doors leading to a private deck. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full renovated bathroom.
The second bedroom is situated with a king bed, a sizeable closet, and sliding doors that lead outside to a private balcony.
This Old Town home is not only in a perfect location complete with amenities including free WiFi and a hot tub but is also a very welcoming and cozy home perfect for relaxing in after a long day of mountain biking or skiing.

Parking Details:
There are two driveway spots in front of the home for your use. Do not park your car in the street, especially on a snowy day, you will get a ticket or be towed.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
