•City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
•You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
•Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
•The pool can be heated(or chilled) for an additional $100/day.($400 minimum for either). Pools are generally not able to be heated Dec - Feb due to lower potential temperatures.
•Guests must supply their own beach towels.
•Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
•Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Fireplaces are not for guest use.
•Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach---or the entire beach---may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
•While we do our best to communicate any known work in close proximity,, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
