The master bedroom with a queen bed and guest bedroom with two twins sit on either side of the full bathroom. There is a well-equipped, recently renovated kitchen for preparing meals when you want to (but remember there are amazing restaurants to sample within easy reach). A large brick patio is ready for your quiet nights relaxing at home or when you want to fire up the grill.
Truman Annex is a lushly landscaped gated community within the historic district of Old Town Key West. And the best part? Anything you want to do is within a couple of blocks -- see the daily sunset celebration at Mallory Square; walk a couple of blocks to the infamous Duval Street with shops, galleries, and restaurants galore; and mere steps away to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park with one of the nicest beaches on our island and a perfect spot to view the sunset!
One assigned parking space
No large trucks, trailers, mobile homes, vans, campers, or similar vehicles shall be parked in the Truman Annex.
Motorcycles and scooters must be parked in the parking lot and not on sidewalks or porches.
All vehicles parked within the community must either have a permanent parking sticker or a temporary parking pass (obtained at the Security Guardhouse). All others will be subject to ticketing and towing.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
