Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area.
•Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.

•Only one dog up to 50LBS is allowed and is subject to an additional fee of $150 and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Perfect location for a weeks stay. Short walk to South beach and southern most points. Easy half mile to Mallory square with all that Duval excitement in between.
I had the pleasure of staying at Casita de Catherine. It was very quiet, cozy and private. Sitting on the back deck sofa was so relaxing yet I could walk a short distance and be in the center of everything I needed and enjoyed. I could watch the sunrise a couple blocks away at South Beach, then get a specialty coffee and pastry instead of bothering to make my own. The big decision of the day was having to choose which great neighborhood happy hour to have dinner at. I will definitely return!
