The primary suite anchors the home with a king bed positioned for Gulf views right from the pillow, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a queen and its own TV for a quieter retreat, while the third sleeps the rest of the group with two full-size beds and a TV of its own. A second full bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer keep things easy, so sandy towels and swimsuits never have to leave the unit.
Beach Please! sits within Island Retreat, a 25-acre beachfront community shaded by palm trees and laid out for easy coastal living. •Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
•Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
•Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
•Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
•Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
•Beach Please!'s occupancy is permitted to allow 2 more than the occupancy listed. Although the sleeping spaces only accommodate the occupancy listed, up to 2 infants and babies can be added. Additional sleeping arrangements, such as pack-n-play travel cribs, are not provided and must be supplied by guests.
•Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
•This unit includes an in-unit washer/dryer. Washers and Dryers coin laundry are in the complex and available for guest use.
•Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Per HOA rules, any group without someone 25 years or older present is subject to eviction.
•Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use.
Parking Details:
•Parking passes required. 2 parking passes provided per condo.
•There is no assigned parking, so you can park anywhere within the complex.
•Boat parking is allowed in designated areas.
•Golf cart parking is allowed in designated area (you must purchase a separate pass).
Please note that we do not provide a pack 'n play or a high chair, but guests may reach out to Baby Quip for baby items.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
