Pull into ample parking space, and you'll immediately be drawn to the backyard space! From the swing bar to the fire pit, outdoor living spaces, dining area, and hot tub - you will know you picked the right place!
The hot tub is private! And you'll be able to catch some of the best sunsets on the island from the patio areas downstairs!
Head upstairs and walk into an open-concept floor plan where everyone has space to relax, stretch out, and enjoy each other's company, whether you are cooking in the kitchen, dining in the oversized dining space, or napping on the large sofa in the living area!
The kitchen is well stocked for those who love to cook - everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine is there for your use. Ample dining space and bar stools make hanging out and watching the cooks easy if you are away from the kitchen.
Head down the hallway to a full-size washer and dryer for guest use, 3 bedrooms, and a guest/hall bath. The first bedroom is a king-size private retreat with a TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a 2nd bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and closet. And, the kids' fave, the bunk room! This one has 2 bunks, twins over full sizes.
Although the floor plan is perfect for a vacationing group, it's also beautiful! The owners have thought of everything to bring a beautiful space, professionally decorated, together for you and your friends/family!

•Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
•Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.
•Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
