On the main floor, you will have a large, well-stocked kitchen - perfect for those who love to prep, cook and serve family and friends! An oversized island flows into a large dining table and chairs and into the living space with plenty of seating to kick back, relax, and enjoy your vacation. You are now on island time!
Retreat upstairs to one of four bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, while bedroom 4 is a bunk room with twin over twin bunk beds. A 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway and in-unit laundry adds convenience.
The outdoor areas at Latitude Adjustment were made for outdoor living in style. An enclosed patio with lounge seating is the ideal spot for relaxation or friends and family to gather. Fire up the grill in the front yard to enjoy an evening BBQ around the picnic table. The upstairs has access to a spacious wrap-around deck in the front which overlooks the beautiful neighborhood. When it's time to hit the beach, you can have your toes in the sand in less than 5 minutes as the location is perfect for the beachgoers! For the golfers, Latitude Adjustment is 5 minutes from Palmilla Beach Golf Club.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
