•This home utilizes a pool warmer which can be activated when the water temperature falls below 83 degrees, usually from October 1 to April 30, depending on weather conditions and temperatures.
•Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific temperature for the pool as the comfort of the pool water is influenced by the outside air temperature.
•There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
•Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
•Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
•Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
•Guests were able to rent golf carts for use on the boardwalk, but the boardwalk is damaged and golf carts cannot be driven on the highway, making them impractical to use.

•If guests decide to bring a boat, then the driveway will only be able to accommodate 4 cars.
•Any vehicle parked on the beach will need to have a beach parking permit. You can purchase them at convenience stores on the island or at rental places on the beach if they are open.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
