•Please note the community pool is warmed by the HOA from December through the end of spring break. It is turned on Friday mornings and off Monday mornings. Temp is set to 88 degrees. We have no control over the pool heater and temperature.
•Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
•Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.

•Parking is available for 2-4 vehicles depending on size.
•No boat parking at this location.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
