•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, limited to 25 lbs max. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Construction is ongoing on the whole street, and can cause minor delays during the day. The property and homes on either side are not affected by the construction.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count. A trifold floor mattress and additional linens can be provided upon request.

This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
