The age of the building allows noise to travel easily between neighboring units. We do our best to mitigate disturbances and thus ask kindly to notify us immediately of any noise-related disturbances.
•Please be aware that in a large city like Los Angeles, you may encounter transient individuals outdoors.
•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•The washer and dryer at this property are shared.
