Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, with a private ensuite attached to Bedroom 2. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds. One additional full bathroom ensures plenty of privacy for all guests.

•Please note that natural oil seeps off the coast of Goleta occasionally result in black tar deposits along local beaches. These occurrences are common in the region and are a natural phenomenon unrelated to spills or other events. While efforts are often made to keep the beaches clean, visitors may encounter tar on the sand or in the water. We recommend bringing a small bottle of baby oil or another gentle cleaning solution to help remove any tar from skin or feet after a day at the beach and be mindful not to track black tar into the home.

This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
